On-screen Ruler 2.2

Use On-screen Ruler to get accurate measurements of on-screen images in seconds. On-Screen Ruler can provide precise measurements in centimeters, inches, pixels, and percentages. It also features a host of other customization options, including font, color, edges, and transparency. Keyboard shortcuts let the user accurately place the ruler to the correct pixel, while measuring is as easy as dragging the ruler to the start of your on-screen object, then moving the cursor (and measurement line with it) to the end point.
